Broadhurst House

Acquired in 1997 with refurbishment completed in 1998, Broadhurst House contains 4 units for residents with the same level of facilities provision.  There are 3 single bedroom flats in the main section of Broadhurst house, together with a spare bedroom which is provided for use by residents guests. These 3 units are accessed through a central stairwell.  An additional 2 bedroom flat has it’s own access from The Butts and is the largest accommodation that Matthew Smith Almshouses provides.
